What is homeopathic hCG treatment?

If you are new to the hCG diet, you may be confused about which foods are okay or not. Grilled meats and salads are a satisfying meal that can be easily changed up from day to day. Chicken and fish are, of course, the ideal meats but sirloin is okay as long as you cut off all visible fat before cooking. There are many types of lettuce and greens that can be switched up to add variety to your meals, anything from iceberg, romaine, spinach or a blend. Green beans are a very good choice to add to your meal as well. Food items we need to avoid include oils, sugars, carbs and “bad” fats.

What is the hCG protocol timeline and when do I start seeing results?

Drops should be taken daily for a minimum of 26 days. If taken properly you will start seeing results in less than one week.

The protocol timeline varies depending on how much weight you want to lose. But, no matter how much weight you want to lose Dr. Simeon advocated to, “never [administer] a treatment lasting less than 26 days, even in patients needing to lose only 5 pounds.” Based on his studies he concluded that “even in the mildest cases of obesity the diencephalon [the posterior part of the forebrain that controls information flow throughout the body] requires about three weeks rest from the maximal exertion to which it has been previously subjected in order to regain fully its normal fat banking capacity.” He discovered that even in mild cases, if treatment is stopped as soon as you reach you’re desired weight you will undoubtedly gain it back rapidly.

Again, Drops should be taken daily for a minimum of 26 days. In some cases, you will need two or more cycles of the hCG protocol to achieve their weight loss goals.
